My Story
After more than 2 decades as a yoga teacher and wellness expert, I began to focus my efforts on guiding men. There seemed to be a huge need for balanced and integrated masculinity—a need I saw in myself. Like many men of my generation, I wanted to be far from the so-called "toxic masculinity," but I also found that something was missing for me when I distanced myself from my core. As Robert Bly say's, “True radiant energy does not wait in the feminine realm, nor the macho, but out in the magnetic field of the Deep Masculine.” This book and my life's work now focus on helping men connect with this vital force. It's my intention to do so in a way that is real, grounded, authentic, and as free from stereotypes and cliches as possible. All are welcome here.
