Village Wedding at the Bird's Nest

Dear friends,

As many of you know, we were officially married in a small "Nikah" ceremony surrounded by close family. And later this summer, we hope to celebrate with all of you in a way that reflects who we are. On Saturday, August 30, 2025 please join us in our new event space--lovingly built with our own hands.  

Rather than planning a traditional wedding, we’ve chosen to build something more lasting: a greenhouse, professional kitchen and gathering space at Bird’s Nest. A place not just for us, but for our community. For dinners and dancing, for storytelling and stargazing, for weddings, rituals, and celebrations still to come.

If you were considering a wedding gift, we warmly invite you to be part of this creation. You can contribute in any way that feels right—whether through your time, ideas, connections, or support. Everything we build will carry the spirit of those who helped bring it to life, in a beautiful location 2.5 hours from Istanbul. .

In time, we’ll share more about the space and how we plan to honor those who’ve helped us build it. For now, thank you for being in our lives. Your presence and love mean the world to us.
